BUYER ISSUES  BANK INSTRUMENT (SBLC)  OF TOTAL CARGO AND ABOVE  FROM ONE OF THE TOP 50 PRIME BANK IN THE WORLD INCLUDING BG. EXCLUDED CHINA BANK FOR NOW.

 ( BG FROM NIGERIA BANK FROM #10B UPWARD,  FOR 366 DAY DURATION. BEAR WITH US ON INSTRUMENT FOR NOW WE ONLY ACCEPT BG, SBLC.

NOTE DLC AND LC IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR NOW.

N/B:  (A) ANY BUYER THAT WANT TO BLOCK FUND,  SHALL TRANSFER THE SAID AMOUNT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND MY BANK WILL ISSUE HIM GUARANTEE FOR THE AMOUNT. THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION ACCEPTABLE FOR US ON BLOCK FUND. #10B.UPWARD FROM A NIGERIA BANK ONLY.

 (B) CASH UPFRONT PAYMENT IS ACCEPTABLE, BUYER PAY $150K US DOLLAR OR EQUIVALENT IN NAIRA, SELLER STAY TOGETHER WITH BUYER IN A SAFE HOTEL OR PLACE, TILL THE TRANSACTION OR THE CARGO/VESSEL IS BOARDED. THE BUYER FOOT THE BILL.
            THE $150K UPFRONT PAYMENT IS SUBJECT TO DISCUSS, FOR LESS   CONSIDERATION.

PRICE DISCOUNT ARE IN TWO STAGES.
(1) BUYER THAT ISSUES INSTRUMENT IS $13/4.

(2) BUYER THAT PAY CASH IS $15/4

SELLER CONFIRM ALL THE ABOVE AND WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS ISSUE NOR ETA TO BUYER AND THE EMAILS IN THE NOR FORMAT AND SAIL LOADED VESSEL TO GHANA WATERS,  AND UPON ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, SAIL TO 13-12 NAUTICAL MILE, CAPTAIN ISSUE NOA, THEN  MATB AND SECURITY CLEARANCE TO SUPER CARGO AND INSPECTOR.

BUYER PROCEEDS TO BOARD BUYER’S SUPERCARGO AND INSPECTORS ON THE LOADED VESSEL AT BUYER’S EXPENSE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MATB.

AFTER SUPERCARGO’S DUE DILIGENCE, CAPTAIN ISSUES ATTESTATION REPORT CO-SIGNED BY THE BUYER’S SUPERCARGO AS PROOF OF PRODUCT. INSPECTOR TAKES SAMPLES AND DISEMBARKS FOR LAB ANALYSIS, BUYER INSTRUCTIONS HIS BANK TO PAY THE SUM OF ($2,000,000.00,) TWO MILLION DOLLARS INTO SELLER’S NOMINATED ACCOUNT FOR DOCUMENTATION AND LOGISTICS, WHILE SUPERCARGO REMAINS ON BOARD TILL TANKER TAKE OVER. 

SPECIAL NOTICE: BUYER SHOULD PLEASE NOTE THAT NON RELEASE OF THE ATTESTATION 12HOURS AFTER TAKING OF SAMPLE BY HIS INSPECTION COY SHOULD NOT DELAY THE RELEASE OF THE LOGISTICS FEE TO ENABLE THE SELLER PROCESS THE CARGO DOCUMENTS FOR THE BUYER.
(2) ON A SERIOUS NOTE: OUR LOADED VESSEL CAN NOT BE CLEAR INTO ANY PORT OF NOT DISCHARGE, THERE IS NO NEED FOR SHIPPING AGENT OR NAVY ON OUR VESSEL, CLEARING VESSEL INTO ANY PORT SHALL BE DONE AFTER TOTAL CARGO PAYMENT.


UPON RECEIPT OF INSPECTION(Q&Q) REPORT BY BOTH PARTIES, SELLER ISSUES COMMERCIAL INVOICE FOR VALUE OF THE MEASURED BARRELS AS DETERMINED BY THE Q&Q REPORT.

SELLER ISSUES COLOURED SOFT COPIES OF REASSIGNED CARGO DOCUMENT TO BUYER IN HIS NAME FOR VERIFICATION.

BASED ON THE Q&Q REPORT AND COMMERCIAL INVOICE, BUYER’S BANK WOULD WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS PAYS BY SWIFT CASH TRANSFER MT103 TT- CASH TO THE SELLER’S NOMINATED ACCOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE CARGO INCLUDING ALL NOMINATED ACCOUNTS FOR AGENTS & FACILITATORS OF BOTH PARTIES AS STATED ON THE SPA LESS THE TWO MILLION DOLLARS (USD) ($2,000,000.00) ANY MONEY EARLIER PAID FOR DOCUMENTATION & LOGISTICS.

SELLER INTRODUCES BUYER TO VESSEL HANDLERS / OPERATORS FOR CHARTERING OF VESSEL TO BUYER’S PORT OF DISCHARGE.

SELLER UPON CONFIRMATION OF FULL PAYMENT FOR THE CARGO, RELEASES ORIGINAL CARGO DOCUMENTS TO THE BUYER IN HIS NAME THROUGH BUYER’S BANK, SUPERCARGO DISEMBARKS AND VESSEL SAILS TO BUYER’S PORT OF DISCHARGE.
